Oh, sorry to hear that. Could you please give us more details about not visible stars in table view - browser, OS, and what's happening step by step. In table view it should be easy to rate and reshelve books - new ratings and shelves should be visible immediately.
We're sorry but for the time being overwriting the import data is not available. But we're working on new shelf search feature which will show a single book entry with it's shelves in table view. This should be very handy and helpful, especially if your collection is quite big.
