I read this book ages ago, when I happened to find it at my parents' house when I was home from College. I still remember becoming so lost in the story that I lost all tack and time (I know, the irony of it all) and only realized by the last page that it was now the wee hours of the morning. I st...
A novel really unique, published in 1970 with a sequel in 1995 (the last novel published by Finney before dying, "From Time to Time"). Plucked from his hum drum life, he accepts without knowing anything about the project before hand but welcomes the chance to give his life more ...
