Born and educated in Sydney, Australia, Titania Hardie is the highly successful author of a range of distinctive books published in the UK on folklore, magic, and divination, and recently a new series of children's books, The Frangipani Fairies. She has first-class honors degrees in psychology and English and was awarded the prestigious Chatterton scholarship for post-graduate study at Bristol University, where she is currently completing her M.A. on the Romantic poets. The Rose Labyrinth is her first novel. Titania lives in Somerset with her husband and two daughters.

Good as a laugh or a coffee table book but not really the best introduction to white magic out there.

This is firmly hogging the heels of the Da Vinci Code using some information about Dee and labyrinths and ancient mysteries and heart transplants. Yeah, heart transplants and cellular memory feature, which is a different spin on the story. I found it readable but nothing spectacular.

30 pages in I realized that sometimes, just sometimes, you have to make a decision about what to waste your life with. This book? Not worth my time. The writing is horrendous and it's a clear DaVinci Code piggy-back. Basically: that's enough of this nonsense.Also, I detest leaving books unfinish...

I started this book today and only 15 pages in I'm already dreading the prospect of having to read the whole thing. I don't know if it's actually the book or just that I've already read so much today I can't dive into this one fully. Will try again later, currently trying to read another book to see...

A nice book with easy to follow receipes. I especially like the health improving ones.And the book is velvet bound :)
