If Miracle Man, V for Vendetta, Swamp Thing, and Watchmen were Alan Moore's golden age, then Top 10, Promethea, Tom Strong, and League of Extraordinary Gentlemen represent his silver age. We may never get a bronze age from Moore, but I think only Jack Kirby surpasses Moore's output of general brill...

An enjoyable introduction to a police department's work in a world where everyone's a superhero.
