Well, this one was a lot of fun. I really liked Dez—her attitude, her personality, her ‘voice’. And here comes another boy to swoon over... Kale is just so edible. Whereas Deznee was just plain annoying and I wanted to smack her at times. The story is also not so unique, plain old people with superpowers and government after them. So yeah, it's an okay book.
