Tracy Kennedy was raised in Minnesota, the only girl with three brothers. Growing up Tracy found her stride waring cowboy boots when others were waring name brand tennis shoes. After receiving her calling into ministry, Tracy was a bit hesitant that that God would call a dyslexic person not only to formal education, but to be a writer herself. But God knew just how to keep Tracy motivated. Children are the "shine" in my "sun", they are my sunshine! Tracy received her Master In Divinity from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul. The entire time she studied at Seminary, the Lord continued to dangle the carrot (children) in front of her. If God's plan for me included children... I was all over it! When writing I am just having an ongoing conversation with God. Tracy loves being outdoors and going to bookstores. "I will escape to both every chance I get!
