I usually am a fan of Simon Furman's works. In fact, he was my favorite Transformers comic scribe until James Roberts and John Barber came along. (Or until I started reading their current, sister series. I read Last Stand of the Wreckers after, to go back and get in Roberts' earlier mini-serie...
