Spider Jerusalem is so well-fited for graphic novels... And I just love reading about him, no matter what he's doing in the story, it's always somehow entertaining.
There is some solid political satire here with a smiling psychopath running for president against a corrupt old Nixonian type, but by volume 4 of Transmetropolitan the tone of the book was starting to get to me.
