Light and fun, a great quick read.
Fred works in an Aquarium. As a human she has problems swimming but in her alternative shape, a mermaid, she can swim very well. She's trying to find out who is polluting the bay with the encouragement of a hunk of a marine biologist and a High Prince of the Black Sea. Full of the usual MaryJanice...
It was a cute story. I really found that Fred's sarcasm and attitude fun. I absolutely loved the opening scene. I think the book jumped around a bit, but over all I enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to continuing with the series.
I loved this book! It was a quick, light read and very witty. I can't wait to read more!
This is just a remake of Queen Betsy as a mermaid and the sad part is, the author cops to it. If you know you are a one trick pony at least TRY to hide it.And as someone who has blue hair, I'm offended by Davidson's depiction of our struggle.
I kind of love Fred the mermaid. A cute story and well written, Davidson writes with a good sense of humor.
