In this heart-pounding follow-up to Tangled by New York Times bestseller Emma Chase, Kate reveals that there is trouble in paradise, when unexpected circumstances force her and Drew to "renegotiate" their relationship. Includes a bonus short story, Holy Frigging Matrimony! There are two kinds of people in the world. The ones who look first, and the ones who leap. I’ve always been more of a looker. Cautious. A planner. That changed after I met Drew Evans. He was so persistent. So sure of himself—and of me. But not all love stories end happily ever after. Did you think Drew and I were going to ride off into the sunset? Join the club. Now I have to make a choice; the most important of my life. Drew already made his—in fact, he tried to decide for the both of us. But you know that’s just not my style. So I came back to Greenville, Ohio, alone. Well, sort of alone... What I've come to realize is that old habits die hard, and sometimes you have to go back to where you began before you can move ahead.

Yes, Kate lied about where she was going, but Drew's over-reaction took the cake. They didn't act like a couple who had been...
2.5/5 starsI'm glad I waited so long to read this one, after loving Tangled. That was a great book and this one just .... wasn't. I think Drew and Kate deserve more than a whole book of them screwing up because of some stupid - not funny or understandable at all - misunderstanding.
Overall, Twisted wasn’t particularly funny as I was expecting/wanting. Because the hero/ine were separated for much of the story, it wasn’t all that sexy either. I liked it but didn’t love it. For me, Twisted suffered from what usually makes me wary of sequels in that Tangled left this couple on the...
I missed having Drew's POV for most of the book but the way the plot went it HAD to be told through Kate's POV. It was nice getting to know her better. There was times I wanted to slap the crap out of both of them because of the conflict they had could have been avoided but then there wouldn't be ...
I really, really liked this book. I was afraid I wouldn't because often after the first book as series goes downhill. That was so not the case. And the situation that happened in the book was very cliché so I would have expected myself to roll my eyes, but I completely loved it. I'm crazy about ...
