WOOhOO! Stephanie ditched the spandex in this second installment of the Stephanie Plum novels, but still happily blunders on as a bounty hunter, ever short on money, always crashing cars. Ok, it's official. I LOVE this series. Such a great series of books and can't wait to read Three to Get Deadly eventually. I apologize in advance for the "yelling". READ THIS SERIES NOW! THIS IS NOT A REQUEST! :)

Grandma Mazur cracked me up in this one the whole time. Very entertaining. Much better than the first one. Such an easy read. On to the next one....

A little ridiculous, but entertaining. The characters aren't very believable, the "villains" aren't very villainous, the plot is fairly predictable. That being said, it was still an entertaining read. A nice, light, well-paced break from what I was reading.

"There was an air of satisfaction to the house at the end of the day. Maybe the day hadn’t gone exactly right, but the day had been lived and the house had been there for its family." -- I like that.Good to be reminded on rereading how the funeral home burned down. Really, Stephanie DIDN'T do it! I...
