Craig Frazier's illustrations are wonderful but Florence's text is overdone.
This book is interesting and its sweet how Florence tells how much he loves his new wife and family, but I was kinda hoping for more recipes and less anecdotes. All in all, I love Florence and his cooking style so I am going to give this book a good rating. But that's only because he's charming......
3.8 but not 4 (because if it were 4 I'd have to go buy it. Got it from the library). I copied several recipes and particularly look foward to making Lemon Curry Chicken and The Ultimate Baked Beans.
Enjoyable. Copied four recipes.
