I'm not 100% sure why, but this was really off putting, I couldn't get into the story or the characters at all
I'm a little torn on how to rate this book. I'm not even sure I liked it. I mean, yeah, I read it but I took a several day break between starting and finishing when I didn't touch the book at all. That's not a good sign for me. To start I simply didn't buy the relationship between Killian and Quinn....
While the trauma and the subject matter was heavy and serious, the romance was amazingly sweet.
I couldn't decide between 3 or 4 stars, but I'm going with 3 because I just don't think with all of the secrets/lies that came out that this story would just resolve so perfectly and quickly.
