Maeve Binchy has a marvelous way of weaving story and characters. It might take a bit taking used to her style, but once you do you find yourself looking forward to another title. Finding familiar characters from other books never gets old; like visiting and catching up with old friends.

The first book I read by Maeve I found a bit all-over-the place but I decided to give her another look and now that I am used to her style I really enjoy her stories. I read this one very quickly as I had trouble putting it down. I am now looking forward of reading more of her work.
