I generally like books by Bella Andre and this is no different. I just wished the book was longer. I liked the history that made the romance in a short story seem not as forced.
Romance novels are always such fast reads, with the majority of the book describing the main couple. 'One Perfect Night' is written in a similar style, but is by far the shortest I've ever read. Too short for my liking, but just long enough to display Colbie and Noah's relationship blossoming.
This book was total Cheez Whiz. Not even real cheese. There is a meet cute and sexy times and the barest threads of a plot to hold it together. The hero felt like a chick in a man suit. It wasn't BAD, but it was predictable and shallow.
