DNF. Can't. Poorly edited, if at all, the MC was utterly unlikeable, and the male lead was a creepy, rapey, douchenozzle.

Between the pissed off creatures that want demon-hunter Lily Marks dead and the fallen angel who just...wants her, Lily is about ready to trade in forever for a comfy job in a cubicle farm. The fact that she and Julian are civil to one another is enough to have her thrown out of the Sanctuary, but ...

The premise doesn't break any grounds: it's your traditional Urban Fantasy involving Angels and their line of mythology, with a rampant amount of sex---that's not actual penetration sex (more on that later). It was a very fast read; whatever problems I have with Jennifer Armentrout's books, it is ne...

This is not my first book from J. Lynn (aka Jennifer L. Armentrout) and it definitely will not be my last. I had a hard time putting down this book, while reading it. I’m still recovering from reading it, so bare with me. I loved everything about this book and how it took me back to my passion of r...

I’ve shied away from fallen angel books in general because I honestly find the whole mythology confusing. However, I have enjoyed Jennifer Armentrout/ J. Lynn’s writing and when I was offered a review book, I thought I’d give it a go.Lily Marks is a Nephilim, the offspring of an angel and a human. ...

I have read most of Jennifer Armentrout’s YA books however this is the first adult book of hers that I have read. I liked this book. It wasn’t AMAZING, but it was a very good, entertaining, quick read. I had some issues with the characters and the overall plot but I will get to that. First, t...

This book is fast and fun. The perfect fast food for your urban fantasy tastebuds. It has hot fallen angels, ugly minions, a secret society and a kick ass heroine. It was not perfect in any way, but it is worth it. I think what I like most is that there is a lot of action, and our heroine here can s...

If I had to nitpick at Jennifer L Armentrout (or in this case J Lynn's) writing it would be that I've sort of seen what she's writing before. Don't give me wrong, I for the most part, love her stuff. I think she creates awesome characters and pretty interesting plots, but those plots. Yeah, been t...

I was granted a free copy of this book by the publisher in a prize draw on twitter. Thank you entangled publishing! This is book one in a new series by Jennifer L. Armentrout's adult writing alter ego J. Lynn. It focuses on a divine war between the heavens and Fallen angels with the half-angel, half...
