There were a few things that really bothered me. Some overused tropes, a lot of denial, Big Misunderstandings, etc. Kinda wordy. But I still really enjoyed it.

This is a fun first book in a trilogy about three brothers. The heroine is gutsy but has issues and waffles...A LOT! The hero appears oblivious, but actually is totally sensitive to her issues...OF COURSE! The search for the treasure ship is great...and then comes the weird chip business out of nowh...

3.5 stars. My first book by this author, but not the last. I especially liked the setting: salvaging a shipwreck and diving for treasure is just so cool. I agree with many commenters that the "alphachip" plot came out of the blue, but a fun read nonetheless.

At last Cherry Adair has returned to what she does best which is contemporary romantic suspense, minus the paranormal elements. This was a refreshing change from her more recent paranormal releases. They just could not hold my interest. Although this book slowed down for me at one point I still enjo...

I was rather disappointed in this book. Cherry Adair used to be a must read author but that last few I've read by her have been mediocre at best. These guys are a treasure hunting crew who encounter problem after problem and of course, still get the gold and the girl. It was pretty much the same ...

Originally posted on A Buckeye Girl Reads I think I'm the only one who didn't love this book. In fact, it was a dnf for me. While I loved Zane, I had trouble connecting with Teal. While I loved her seeing come into her own, her constant whining over Zane not remembering their one night together whe...

Ms. Adair always crafts a good story. This latest one is no exception. Her characters are easy to relate with and generally with some sort of baggage. In Undertow, Teal is a seemingly unloved and unwanted child who is brought to her father's deathbed. As her past is revealed, piece by piece, it ...
