4 Stars, borrow it Cute story of Darth Vader and his daughter Leia who has grown up to be a teenager. Of course there is jokes and references about the movie. Recommend this, but I maybe wouldn’t buy it. It’s a quick easy read but I don’t think I’d want to read it more than once.

A few to many cliches about little girls, but little Leia with Darth is always funny.Library copy Vader's Little Princess - Jeffrey Brown

This one was adorable! I'd read a lot about these books already but I'd never held them in my hands before. It's cute and a super quick read. Parenting isn't always easy with a rebellious teenage daughter. I liked it a lot. I've heard Vader and Son is even better, so I'm looking forward to that on...

4.5 starsFunny look at Vader as a dad to the spunky Leia. The author's sense of humor shines through his touching illustrations that borrow from the movies, giving a new look at Vader. Occasionally overwhelmed by his clever daughter, the Sith lord finds his hands full as he tries to juggle fatherho...

This is a sweet book with charming pictures of Darth Vader raising his little princess. And, it's not easy for the Dark Lord of Sith to get his teenage daughter to do as he want. Still I prefer Darth Vader and Son to this book. This book was not funny in the same way as the previous book was.

Sweet scenario base father-daughter story. Should be more humor than children. But why not. A bit too gender stereotyping for being a very good children book. But still, for Star Wars fans, this is good enough.

The second book I read in this series. This was a vast improvement from Goodnight Darth Vader, however it was still a bit lacking. This mostly had to do with the fact that not all of these feature Leia. Some of them are pretty Leia-less. And the other problem was that it was quite confusing. One mom...

So, you guys are going to get sick of me calling Brown's artwork and storytelling style charming, but it is. And charming isn't usually my thing, but it's so well done, and so funny, that I keep coming back. And like with Vader and Son, this takes completely normal situations between a father...

♥ Vader's Little Princess ♥ I saw this at the bookstore and thought it would be the perfect gift to get my hubby for our daughter's Father's Day present! It being perfect because this family LOVES Star Wars and because we got our daughter's name from Princess Leia. Believe me, when he saw th...

Ah, the irony of the galaxy's toughest villain up against a darling little girl. The scenes have been sitcom staples for at least sixty years now: meeting the date, wearing something inappropriate to go out, tea parties. It would all be too cliche to bear except that we know this little princess can...
