Vanessa has worked with major organizations such as Best Buy, Ecolab, Aveda/Estee Lauder, the federal EEOC, HSBC North America, McKinsey and Co., Zoro Tools (a division of W.W. Grainger), Global Novations, the Mayo Clinic, the University of Minnesota, the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, the Human Rights Campaign, and many others. Vanessa has been providing transgender awareness training and speaking/presenting on transgender-related topics to business, academic, social and religious organizations since 1991.
