This series really is growing on me and now that we have a new and very interested love interest in Gin, I'm one very happy bunny. Owen Grayson is really growing on me!I also loved the plot of this one. It was about time one of the major bad guys got taken out, especially after that bit at the begin...

I will never understand how Gin gets herself into these situations. I do know that she loves her friends and family fiercely. That is one of the admirable things about Gin being the Spider. She’s using herself to help people. She also finds out more about Fletcher, her mentor, even though he’s been ...

In this, the third book of Jennifer Estep's wonderful Elemental Assassin series, Gin is finally coming into her own and fully embracing her new role as a "retired assassin." I found myself eager to listen to more and more as the story unfolded. This time around, Gin finds herself ready to face off...

Extremely good book! This one had me riveted from the first page. I had a hard time putting it down because this one was personal for Gin. More personal than she's ever been before, with a rare look into her past and need for acceptance. All the old cast is there, but Gin get a sudden and starkly su...

I quite like the stories of Gin Bianco. They are fairly straightforward adventure/action stories in a world where vampires, dwarfs, giants (okay, I have to say that the giants are not really so gigantesque) and elementals roam the streets among ordinary people in the town of Ashland. The latter bein...

I continue to enjoy this series despite the writing tics that drive me a little batty. I've mentioned it in previous reviews so I won't get into it again but there's a lot of repetition and it's still here in this book. However, I still like Gin, Finn, Sophia & JoJo. And the plot is really moving...

I like Jennifer Estep, I really do. It's just Venom made me realize a few of her weaknesses. Did you know she's a serial repeater? Every theme, every allusion, and almost all descriptions will be repeated multiple times. It made me feel like she was batting me around the head with it. She also felt ...

I really liked this installment. I have to say that the repetition the author uses between books is really annoying. Also, I miss the recipes Estep included early on!
