Formerly a public school educator and a homeschool mom, Vicki Caruana is currently an assistant professor of education at Mount Saint Mary College in New York. She writes to educate and encourage teachers and parents. Vicki has written more than 28 books for parents, teachers, and kids. She loves to knit and other various textile arts and uses that talent as well to build up and encourage others. Vicki lives in Newburgh, NY with her station wagon crazy husband, Chip, and their yellow labrador, Bella whose one goal in life is to finally find out what lives under their backyard shed! Vicki and Chip have two grown sons who live in Colorado.
