Victoria Chang is a poet and children's book writer living in Southern California. Her fourth book of poems, BARBIE CHANG, is forthcoming from Copper Canyon Press in 2018. Her most recent book of poems, THE BOSS, was published by McSweeney's in 2013 and won the PEN Center Literary Award and a California Book Award. Her second book, SALVINIA MOLESTA, was published by The University of Georgia Press in 2008 and her first book, CIRCLE, was won the Crab Orchard Open Book Competition and was published by Southern Illinois University Press in 2005. Her poems have appeared in POETRY, American Poetry Review, Virginia Quarterly Review, The Nation, The New Republic, New England Review, and Best American Poetry. She is also a contributing editor of Copper Nickel. She teaches poetry at Chapman University. Her picture book, Is Mommy?, illustrated by Marla Frazee was published by Beach Lane Books in 2015.
