W. Mark Dale, MBA, is currently Program Manager for Forensic Education at the United States Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory in Forest Park, Georgia. Mark was previously Director of the Northeast Regional Forensics Institute at the University at Albany, State University of New York providing education in forensics biology and chemistry. Before his position at NERFI, he was the Inspector, in charge of the New York State Police Laboratory System and the Director of the New York City Police Department Laboratory. Mark has also been the President of the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors (Emeritus), Chairman on the New York State Crime Laboratory Advisory Committee and member of the New York State Commission on Forensic Science.Mark is also a Principle Partner of BeckerDaleConsulting (www.beckerdaleconsulting.com) providing management consulting services.
