Prequel short story + excerpt. Really excited for the new book! Ms. Allen is one of my faves. I'm especially excited about the escape from the claws of Cricket to a magical lake.
A nice short introduction to Kate who appears to be one of the main characters in the upcoming novel, Lost Lake. Love the writing and magical touches from this author. Finished the excerpt for Lost Lake and I am so excited to see where this goes!
