This was really enjoyable and a very fast paced reading. I loved that it was a similar road trip to what I did when I was younger with my family so I was really able to relate to that part of the story. There are some great characters throughout and the ending is bound to tear you up a little bit. ...

This book has been an absolute favorite of mine for over ten years! The story of a young girl as she travels with her grandparents to visit her mother may sound less than exciting, but this book will completely draw you in from the very first chapter and you will want to read it again and again once...

My daughter read this book and loved it so much that she's gone on to read every other Sharon Creech book. I thought I'd give it a look, if only as a conversation piece, and I'm so glad I did. Not only did I love the book, but I'm so glad that such a talented writer has dedicated herself to kids' bo...

although this followed a familiar middle grade arc there was such care and lyricism in the writing that it transcended its plot.

I loved how the different storylines were interwoven. With Salamanca's blooming fantasy you never knew what to expect next. The book made me both laugh out loud and cry, it was just the perfect mixture. Widely recommended!

One of the first few English books I fell in love with. I think I was 12 or 13 then.

Phoebe, in my opinion, is kind of annoying because she was very judgmental about Mrs. Cadaver, even though she hardly knew her! But Phoebe was the only characte...

I wish I had found Walk Two Moons when it first came out. In fact, I wish it had been on my reading list in school because I know I would have eaten it up. I know this because, despite my current age, I still fell deeply in love with this book. It's ageless, and it's wonderful. Salamanca Tree Hidd...

It was one of those books I carelessly picked up out of curiosity. I ended up reading and crying over it. Middle school was a hectic insecure experience for me and reading this book gave me a huge sense of awareness and better comprehension on death and the importance of family.
