Very heartwarming. I enjoyed the journal style of the book. This would be an excellent book for a child who is going through an illness, or any young child witnessing such an event.

This was my last book of 2010. Not really a bad way to end the year, kind of putting me in mind of death and the continuance of life and all that. I dunno. Everyone said they LOOOOVED this book---but it felt like just another cancer book to me. I mean, it's not too hokey, which is good. But I wasn't wowed by it.
