Wendy L. Schmidt has been writing fiction and poetry for 10 years. Her favorite way to compose is with cat on lap, coffee lattes and computer. She loves writing shorts, flash and poetry about whatever interest her which includes a wide variety of subjects. But, she has a particular penchant for darker stories and poems about women living on the edge. Oh yes, and let us not forget about ghosts. Fascinated by them since she was a kid, she often said her bedtime prayers in the presence of spirits.
