As with so many shorter stories in this genre, this one felt unfinished, and its plot and characters shallow with very little world building.

3.5 stars rounded up! To start with, I enjoyed the fact there was an Irish characters. The dialogue was good in that sense, but the shift from "ma" to "mum" was annoying. Added to that the dialogue could have gone farther than "ye". Not all Irish people speak like that. The ones that do (like me) do...
