Great tips and overall a very interesting read. What I like most is the author's attempt to explain the whys for all the little tidbits he's mentioning here.
I found this book to be a very through, un-sensationalistic look at body language. There are no outrageous claims ("Determine if your spouse is cheating by studying his eyebrows!!") and Navarro goes out of his way to reinforce that body language can't stand in for a lie detector.
