Very surprised to see some low ratings for this book. It was smart, sharp and had a refreshing take on the paranormal world. Also the twist plot was never obvious to me so the tail end of this story was pulse quickening.

First half of the book was really slow for me, but it got really good. The second half of the book made it for me.
