A re-read. This story is one of the most sensual of Quinn’s romances. Its hero and heroine deal with a real problem – the problem of their past. In that past, Francesca was married to John. They loved each other. John’s cousin Michael loved Francesca too, but he also loved and respected his cousin a...
Francesca Bridgerton marries John Stirling, the Earl of Kilmartin and they share a blissful two years together, until he suddenly dies in his sleep. To make matters worse, she's in the early stages of pregnancy and loses the baby shortly after. For support, she desperately wants to turn to Michael S...
I love this booooook. It's the best Bridgerton since Benedict and definitely the steamiest Quinn I've seen. Whoa. Only complaints: it's good Michael got past his guilt, but he could have seen that Francesca was also struggling a lot sooner. He was more than a little manipulative towards the end, too...
Francesca's book. Had wondered how this one was going to play out given that she is described as married in the previous 2 books. Interesting moral issues

Now, several years later, I have experienced some of her feelings and it struck my heart...
3.6A lot of unnecessary angst but still a decent read. Francesca has never been my favorite Bridgerton but she wasn't too bad in this book. I really liked Michael though.I also have to say the relationship of John/Francesca was highlighted quite well. I wish we had had more of a chance with Michael ...
What brings Francesca to the realization that she loves Michael is, in my opinion, one of the more annoying tropes. So that annoyed me, but overall I really enjoyed the book.
