Just by reading the title of this book it is apparent that Allen Cohen adds a good dash of humor onto the pages of, “Why Your Life Sucks: and what you can do about it.” Indeed, I would say that Alan writes with the same entertaining and lively style as Andrew Matthews who wrote such wonderful books ...
A great read! It is useful to be told what we do wrong and how we make our lives suck. To create a better model you need to destroy the old one, or at least to know it: yes, if you know your enemy you win the battle.
