4 cuz I got pulled out of the story towards the beginning-ish of part two, but I just skipped a chunk and went on. Maybe one day I'll go back and reread it, but idk about that for now...
Lovely book. Beautiful language. Not emo enough for me for 5 stars. If the author had written about what these men were feeling with as much lyrical detail as was put into describing the colors of the night and the rain drenched streets I'd be a puddle right now.
