Huh. Owen, Owen, Owen... I enjoyed this one, learning more about Owen's history with Kincaid and how he grew up. What I wasn't so fond of was Salina and her history with him. I swear, if she'd managed to steal him away from Gin I may have stopped reading this series in anger. But all worked out ...

A bit repetitive at times Gin has memories come to light about assignments she went on with Fletcher Gin definitely has some insecurities she has to deal with after she meets Salina Salina is pretty damn awful I wanted to knock Owen upside his head and tell him to open his freaking ...

In this episode of Gin Blanco’s life, things are going well since her return to Ashland. Then one night after an especially nice dinner Owen and Gin run into Selena, Owen’s ex that he may or may not have gotten over. Selena is more than what meets the eye – so Gin is worried about her relationship w...

I have read quite a few reviews that think this book is really bad. I do not really agree with that. I have also read quite a few reviews that say Owen is an asshole. I do not agree with that either. He is incredibly stupid but not an asshole.Having said that, personally I do think that this was one...

While I'm still wild about this series and really enjoyed this book, there were a few problems that were hard to overlook. Gin's inner strength, determination to finish the job and inability to let an innocent suffer are just a few of the things that make her such a formidable foe. That's why her ...

Widow's Web is the seventh book in Jennifer Estep's Elemental Assassin series. The fact that I have gotten that far into a series should hint at my ardor for these books. After a few weeks of crashes and burns I needed something fun and familiar and I picked up where I had left off in this series. F...

So here’s my review… I can’t believe that just happened! Does she really think anyone is going to fall for that? Oh crap! And the statement that pretty much sums it up…. Authors are truly evil! How’s that? Hmm… I guess you probably want more out of a review than that don’t you? Okay, if you insist, ...

So...wow. This installment was no joke! Salina Dubois strolls into Ashland like a hurricane straight out of your worst nightmare. She is all southern belle sweet on the outside, but chic packs a serious mental health cray-zay punch. Not only is she mentally unstable, but she's a powerful water eleme...

Thank goodness that this series has returned to what made it one of my favorite series; Gin kicking butt and taking no prisoners. This story is simply amazing and I’m so thankful that I didn’t give up on the Elemental Assassin series after By a Thread, in which I thought the series had reached its e...

I have mixed feelings about this book. I wasn't feeling the storyline in the end. It didn't feel true to the characters. Since when is Owen so blind? It just seemed hollow to me.I still love the series but this book is my least favorite so far. I can only hope the next book gets things back on track...
