Born in Hawaii before it was even a state, William "Bill" Rasmussen eventually secured employment with the Federal Government and was forced to relocate to the "Big Apple" in 1981. After a stint of almost eleven years in NYC, he was transferred to the mid-south, landing in Memphis, TN. He finally retired in 2004, after more than twenty-four years of service in the federal government. Returning to his first love--writing horror fiction--since late 2010, he's had over twenty short tales of horror published both online and in print magazines.
