Born in Hawaii before it was even a state, William "Bill" Rasmussen eventually secured employment with the Federal Government and was forced to relocate to the "Big Apple" in 1981. After a stint of almost eleven years in NYC, he was transferred to the mid-south, landing in Memphis, TN. He finally retired in 2004, after more than twenty-four years of service in the federal government. Returning to his first love--writing horror fiction--since late 2010, he's had over twenty short tales of horror published both online and in print magazines. His collection of short fiction and various horror novellas can be found online at Amazon.He currently resides on the outskirts of Memphis with his loving and supportive wife, Suzette.
