William Struse has been a self employed plumber since he graduated high school in the late 80's. For twenty short years he has been married to the love of his life Winnie. They reside with their five children in southern Arizona. After dreaming for many years about authoring a novel, William started The 13th Enumeration in 2011. In 2012 to equal parts relief and trepidation he self-published his debut novel. With over a 195 reviews on Amazon his Biblical mystery thriller has been a gratifying success.
