Unreadably bad.If I found a fairy horse in my bathtub, I'd call animal control. Come on, you're mature enough to move to NYC on your own and make a living as an actress but you don't know how to call the police? It probably didn't help the book that the main love interest's name is Sonny, and when I ...

I really enjoyed this book. It featured a young actress, Kelley Winslow, who finally gets her big break landing the lead role of "Titania" in Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream (one of my favourite of Shakespeare's works), and Sonny Flannery, a member of an elite group of guards working for King ...

This book has been on my TBR for so long (since I first got my Kobo!). I kept putting off reading it, stuck between being interested enough to purchase it initially and contemplate reading it every time I finished a book, and not feeling quite intrigued enough to start reading it. Here is the Kobo s...

Well, it's finally great to see a young adult novel that doesn't have a love triangle in it! That alone should give this book five stars, however it doesn't because I am not that easy to please. Should note there are some spoilers in this review.Again, I really wish Goodreads had a half star system....

I read this book last year, but I remember being enthralled with it. It wasn't like the other faeries books I have read, and I fell in love with it. There are epic characters, cool battles, everything you could want, really. The romance wasn't anything groundbreaking, but it was enjoyable.

Kelley Winslow, an actress working at a theater, meets Sonny, a changeling and Janus Guard, guarding the Samhain Gate while it's open to prevent the evil things from the fey world hopping over to wreak havoc on our world. Kelley is more than meets the eye, which was kinda predictable. And Sonny, wel...

Reminded me STRONGLY of Wicked Lovely, even down to the name. I now know I never need to read another YA fairy book because they all seem to have the same plot. Points for Lucky. I'm not a horse girl but he seemed pretty adorable.

Kelley Winslow is seventeen and living every young person's dream. She is living on her own in New York City pursuing her passion. Kelley dreams of being an actress and Broadway is her goal, but until she can get there, she will settle for anything she can get. Even if it means working as a stage...

Wondrous Strange is the story of Kelley, an actress at a very off-Broadway Shakespearean theatre who is currently playing Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream. Little does Kelley know that Faeries do exist, and one in particular means her a lot of harm. Enter Sonny, a Janus guard who is responsible ...
