This was a good 1st novel in the series. A solid whodunit mystery. Enjoyed the characters and setting. A must for cozy mystery lovers.
I liked the sensible approach of the main character in this book. She never ventured into TSTL territory. I did find the pace dropped in the middle of the book, but it picked up nicely at the end.
This was a good read. Nice characters and a well told story. Took me forever to read as I've not been motivated to pick up a book since I had surgery. Need to get back in the swing of things as I'll have a lot of new books arriving soon!
Let me start by saying that I had this mystery figured out very early in the story (hence the three stars instead of four), and usually that significantly lowers my opinion of a mystery book.
