4.0 X-Men: God Loves, Man Kills
Note: uses the N-word and has dead children. This is not X-Men for little kids.God Loves, Man Kills is a storyline that the X-Men movies have mined for material, even if it hasn't directly been adapted. I give this a tentative five stars as I haven't read it in many, many years. Back home, somewhere, my mother has the original version, but I needed to read it again, and that old one's falling apart. When I was 10, it was pretty much the deepest thing I'd ever read.
