I love how honest Shonda Rhimes is in this book even if she sounds crazy sometimes. I definitely judged some of her decisions she made. This book is great. Witty and smart and funny. A must for writers and Scandal, Grey.s Anatomy, or HTGAWM fans. I like the way she thinks regarding work: there is no luck, you just have to work your a*s off. This is in my top 5 of favorite books.
