This was so incredibly disturbing. I had no idea what was going on. Zathyn Priest did such an amazing job with building the intrigue and suspense. I thought Phoenix's character was appropriately f-ed up and that just added to the confusion of "whodunit". Really, this was a great piece of fictio...
It was pretty good. Sometimes, though, the writing was pretty stiff. I omniscient POV did work out, but it was still oddly jarring at times.The psychological study, though, was pretty good. I thought the ending was a little...meh, but still pretty good.
Amazing. This psychological suspense thriller with a side of love story had me on the edge from beginning to end. Phoenix is such a complex character who, single handedly, brought me through the gamut of emotions. I felt so bad for him, even when I wasn't sure if he was good or evil. I just knew...
