Bryan has been writing, editing, and illustrating (mostly illustrating) children's literature for the past twelve years. During that time, he has worked with many clients, including Henry Holt & Co., HarperCollins, Scholastic, Harcourt, Sterling, Amazon Children's, Grosset & Dunlap, and Hooked on Phonics. His picture book "Tornado Slim and the Magic Cowboy Hat" won a 2012 Spur award from Western Writers of America. He is currently publishing a series of eBooks for young readers, "Hippo and Gorilla," through Gorilla Publishing, a digital publishing company he co-founded with a long-time friend. Bryan lives in New Jersey with his wife, two children, and two cats.
