If you're looking at my shelves and wondering why the Magic Tree House series is under my "historical fiction" shelf; Yes, technically these books can be classified as historical fiction because they take place in the past. But it's very simple historical fiction aimed at young kids.

Bleh.Clever ideas... perhaps. Just odd. Escorted to the Olympics by Plato?And speaking of Plato and Pegasus in the same breath rather made it seem like Plato is mythical too. And I'm not sure that's the best thing for young children to be thinking... even if it is interesting to even find him in ...
