The ideas here are solid but there are way too many lengthy examples about "impressive" people that left me cold. Read this with one of my departments at work.

I'm mostly giving this five stars for the information the book contains. As a book, it's only mediocre; but the discovery of the power and impact of the "growth mindset" vs. the "fixed mindset" is something that nearly everyone I know can benefit from.
