R. Patrick Gates has been a teacher and writer for over thirty years. He is the author of GRIMM MEMORIALS & GRIMM REAPINGS, (which have achieved cult status and been called 'horror classics' by Rave Reviews) and seven other critically acclaimed adult horror novels and at least ten young adult thrillers. His short fiction has been published in numerous anthologies and will be collected in a soon to appear collection called FUNNY BONES: the humorous horror fiction of R. Patrick Gates. In addition to the above, Mr. Gates has recently launched a series of children's picture books under the brand; IMAGINE YOUR WORLD BOOKS(tm).Mr. Gates resides in Massachusetts with his wife, three dogs and a cat named Diablo, and dabbles in painting and acting in his spare time.
