Ricardo is a writer, toy buff and life-long Scooby-Doo fan. Elvis Sightings, the first novel in his Elvis Sightings Mystery series was released in September, 2014. The follow-up, Bigfoot Blues was released in May, 2015. His Kickstarter funded graphic novel, A Hero's Death, is being published by IDW and will release in December 2015.He's written numerous comics for DC Comics, including Legends of the Dark Knight, Teen Titans Go! and adaptations of Capcom's Resident Evil, 3000AD's Line of Defense, NC Soft's Aion, Square-Enix' Nier, and Trion Worlds' RIFT and End of Nations games. He is also an Emmy award winning online video and animation producer. His credit include ReVisioned: Activision and ReVisioned: Tomb Raider, which featured the voice talent of Minnie Driver and the art and writing talents of Peter Chung, Jim Lee, Warren Ellis, Cully Hamner, Gail Simone, David Alvarez, Michael Stackpole, Brian Pulido, and Christos Gage.When he's not writing, Ricardo maintains a vintage toy blog, drives 70's muscle cars, and shops year round for Halloween decorations for his home in California.
