This is an anthology, where all the stories are focused around love and death. I know, extremely surprising, based on the title. I will write a tiny bit about each of the stories, and conclude with my general impression of the anthology as a whole.Love Hurts by Jim Butcher - 4 stars.See my write-up...
rating for Jacqueline Carey's story: You, and You Alone: 4 starsThis story is actually just a snippet, and damn, it left me heartbroken. We follow Anafiel Delaunay's memories regarding his first meeting with prince Rolande and what happened after: their romance, the betrothal with Anafiel's foster s...
Gaiman, Hobb, Hanover, Carey and Beagle I liked. Others have already been mostly forgotten. Some were agony to get through. And I am not fond of short stories in general.

All of which I must say were well written. I’m a sucker for any type of romance. I just want to be drawn into the story. Its hard when ...
The high points provided by Vaughn, Hanover, Snodgrass, Hobb, Gaiman, Liu, and Gabaldon represent a wide range of genres. I'm having trouble picking a favorite from that group and have listed them in the order they appear in the TOC. If the collection were just these, I'd have given it 5 stars.Carey...
