Great characters in this book. Bob and Kevin had me laughing every time they were in a scene.
I did enjoy this funny fast paced story with my favorite plot of male pursuing female, although I did roll my eyes a couple times. Over-worked Daisy studying for dissertation learns of better paying job opening as traffic reporter and convinces program director Steve to hire her.
I listened to this on audio. This is just plain brain candy….much like the Plum novels but without their full potential. It was cute and you could see many of the ideas Evanovich uses for her popular Plum series, like a dog named Bob and a gun-toting granny. However, I found both protagonists, Daisy...
Definitely not her greatest feat. It had the showings of Stephanie Plum, inspirations she used later to make a great series, but this one was not good Evanovich material. It had some potential. It just didn't do it for me.
