It’s been at least a couple of years since I read anything by Stephen King. The reason is that when I was making my Goodreads shelf it became apparent that I seem to have read more books by him than anybody else. So less familiar authors on my TBR list tend to take precedence. Also, I think King was...

Entertaining and mostly satisfying. Worth the read, and didn't feel like 850 pages.

I have broken up with King a few times over the last decade. Loved his earlier works - more recent ones not so much. Seeing this book marked down in Kindle, and the intriguing storyline, encouraged me to give him one more chance. Glad I did - while 11/22/63 is meticulous in detail and lags a bit as ...

Brilliant time travel novel. Finale felt a little done, but the conclusion is well handled.

Fifty years since the assassination of John F. Kennedy this Thursday. It's a good moment to look back at what might have been, and Stephen King tells the story as only a master can. My 5-star review is at Expendable Mudge Muses Aloud.http://tinyurl.com/mlt8qm4

I tried to write a review for this novel soon after I finished reading it and realized that I still needed time to process what I had read but even a full month after finishing I’m still not sure what I thought about it. Overall I liked it, like always Stephen King is an engaging storyteller and wri...

I'm stingy with 5 stars, but if I'm still thinking about this one a year from now (and I probably will be) I'll bump the rating up.I don't know how to summarize without giving anything away, but 11/22/63 is beautifully written, heartwarming, heart-wrenching, and fascinating. I don't read a lot of S...
