This was my favourite book of the series to date. Rachel Morgan continues to grow as one of my favourite book heroines. Ivy makes me want to bawl my eyes out and Jenks I'm completely in love with him. Nick "crap for brains" made me wish him dead from the first mention of his name on the page. I can'...
The style of this book was a departure from the pattern of the first three, which was refreshing at first, but then dragged a bit toward the end. Instead of Rachel's hometown Cincinnati, this book takes place in Mackinaw, Michigan, which I loved! Michigan is my home state and I have to admit that I ...
its not that it was bad alot of great things happened jenks coming back n thenbeing adult size his anger n fighter side was awesome ivy n rachels first go at more than roommates yes she nearly killed her but hey accidents happen besting nicks sorry ass best part tag your it needed way more k...
This is one WTF book, it ruined this series for me. I am not going to read this author again I think. If you have to put shit like this in books you have lived a pretty nice sheltered life. I have not so I don't want to read about it.
Shortest review ever:While reading this book I couldn't stop my self from thinking a saying that we have here in Greece "even more stupid that chicory". Rachel is so dumb that my hand is twitching. I hope that I won't end up rooting for a demon to take her out of her misery.
Is there anything Rachel Morgan can't do? She's a witch & a bounty hunter; she has escaped a hit commissioned by her former employer; she's outsmarted a demon; and now we find she can twist demon curses and "Were" into a wolf. Of course, her personal life is kind of messy, but we'll get to that in a...
I'm liking this series more and more with each book, but unlike the previous books so far, this put me in a very melancholy mood. It had an underline sadness as they talked about Jenks' life expectancy. I really enjoy this character and I hope to see him in plenty of books. The story was a good one...
Filled with unexpected surprises, dangerous adventures and a life size Jenks! This was a great book that explores Rachel's character on a deeper level. We see a more confident heroine that is willing to let go of some of her inhibitions and give in to her deeply hidden desires. It's an emotional rol...
As everyone previously mentioned, there are a ton of spelling & grammar errors. The ideas and parts of the story are great, but I wish we could move on from the Ivy/Rachel issue, Rachel to just kick Nick to the curb, grow a backbone, spank her inner poppet and move on. I think Kisten and Jenks are m...
